Whitaker Square
âš² BluRose Studios
Whitaker Square is the BluRose Studios room rental at 1985 N Peace Haven Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. The studio is on North Peace Haven Road in the 27106 part of Winston-Salem. A beauty, health, or wellness professional rents a private room here and meets clients in that room.
This is a private suite, with fully enclosed ceilings, so the appointment stays between the professional and the client. Paul and Ginny Whan own BluRose Studios. They moved into salon suites after working in Winston-Salem restaurants until 2018, and the Peace Haven address is one of the three studios they run.
Rent at this address includes 24/7 tenant building access, free WiFi, laundry, clean restrooms, and a community break room. The 24/7 access is a tenant amenity. Public and office hours published for Whitaker Square are 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sunday public hours are not listed for this address. Weekly rates are quoted per suite. A single starting rate, a suite count, and a count of open rooms are not published for Whitaker Square. Write to blurose.winston@gmail.com and ask what is open.
Tours for this studio use the form on this page or blurose.winston@gmail.com. That inbox is the Whitaker Square inbox. The Harper Hill Commons inbox and the Clemmons inbox belong to the other studios. If a reply does not show up within 24 hours, check spam before you write again.
Tenant access is what lets someone open the building outside the public hours. It does not mean a staff member is at the desk all night. Each renter still sets the hours they tell their own clients.
Ally, a BluRose tenant, wrote on the homepage that the look of the business is up to you, including paint, wallpaper, or flooring. That sentence is not labeled as a Whitaker Square review. Donna's homepage comment is about the Clemmons studio, so it is not used here as a Peace Haven quote. The homepage also has comments from Mikayla, Jessica, Stephanie, and Amy about cleanliness, the owners, and working on their own.
The other studios are Harper Hill Commons at 4971 Martin View Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27104, and the Clemmons studio at 2517 Lewisville Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012. Stay on this page when your clients already travel to North Peace Haven Road. Use the other location pages when they do not.
Two articles on this site go further into the decision: how long it takes to open a salon suite, and the salon suites for rent guide. Bring rate, room size, and parking questions to the tour. Those three facts are not printed on this page because they have not been confirmed for Whitaker Square.
Search the map for 1985 N Peace Haven Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. BluRose Studios also names Lewisville, Pfafftown, and Kernersville among the places it serves. Those names are not drive times. Ask which route fits your clients when you walk the Whitaker Square room.
