Paul and Ginny Whan were both entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry when they met here in Winston-Salem. They continued to work together in Ginny’s family restaurant business until 2018. The Whan's were ready for a change. The idea of the salon suite concept was introduced to them by some of their closest friends in the beauty and lifestyle industries. They loved the idea but were hesitant. After much encouragement from friends and family, they took a leap of faith which resulted in the creation of BluRose Studios. The brand has grown from a singular location to now encompassing three locations across the Winston-Salem and Clemmons areas.

As entrepreneurs, we love being able to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in health, beauty, and wellness professionals. The studios are a perfect turn-key option encompassing all the amenities needed for success

We were kicking around names for our new family business, thinking about things that represent us that would also be catchy when, our daughter Olivia, suggested using our dog's names Blu & Rose - we loved it! BluRose Studios was born!

Paul and I have 4 children 2 boys Christian (29) and Matthew (25) twin girls Olivia and Victoria (15). In our free time, we can be found with family and friends here or in Florida and traveling in our RV. We absolutely love and seek out opportunities to admire God's work through scenery and people we meet in our travels.
